Participants may book their reservation directly at the hotel of their choice, indicating that they would attend the “Regional Seminar on Public Investment and Financial Mechanisms, Insurance and Reinsurance against Disasters in Latin America and the Caribbean: Recent Experiences” in order to take advantage of the preferential rate granted to the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs of Mexico.

The “no show” policy applies in the case of Mexican hotels; i.e., once the reservation is made the amount for the first two nights is charged. Cancellations may be made without charge 72 hours before the date of the event.
