While the benefits derived from consortiums are relatively evident, in practice it is very difficult to become successful. Capacity building through appropriate training is a key factor for establishing and strengthening consortiums in any given country. This online / on-site course has two objectives:

1. To pass on the necessary knowledge and skills to participants so that they may assist SMEs in setting up consortiums.
2. Facilitate the creation of SME consortiums in the countries of origin of participants.
