The course is aimed at professionals involved in the establishment of SME groups, providing them with institutional support, as representatives of: agencies promoting exports, chambers of commerce and industry, agencies promoting SMEs, private sector associations, consultants and policymakers, technical centres for processing agricultural foodstuffs, and groups of agricultural food producers, among others.
