1. BUDGET

The Permanent Secretariat submitted the “Draft Administrative Budget of the Permanent Secretariat for the year 2012” (SP/CL/XXXVII.O/DT Nº 5-11) for consideration of the Latin American Council, along with its corresponding explanatory preamble. The amount and the income and expenditure structure remained at the same level as those of the budget for the year 2011.

2.1 Audit Report on the Financial Statements of the Permanent Secretariat at 31 December 2010.

The Permanent Secretariat submitted the “Audit Report on the Financial Statements of the Permanent Secretariat at 31 December 2010” (SP/CL/XXXVII.O/DT Nº 6-11) for consideration of the Latin American Council.

2.2 Audit Proposal for the year 2011

The Permanent Secretariat submitted the “Audit Proposal for the year 2011” (SP/CL/XXXVII.O/DT Nº 7-11) for consideration of the Latin American Council.
