OBJECTIVES
- Identify key trends characterizing the economic relations between Canada and Latin America and the Caribbean at present and the main areas or sectors of interest to the region as regards its external relations with Canada.
- Analyze and prepare policy proposals in order to give a boost to the economic relations between Canada and Latin America and the Caribbean, with special emphasis on the need for stronger commercial, financial and cooperation links, as well as the modalities for the adoption of said policies.
- Contribute to the exchange of information and ideas on the prospects for the economic relations between Canada and Latin America and the Caribbean and their future consolidation.
