INFORMATION ON MIGRATION TO ENTER EL SALVADOR

Holders of ordinary, diplomatic or official passport must request their respective visas in the nearest Embassy or Consulate of El Salvador in their country. In addition, they will have to verify sanitary requirements to travel to El Salvador, such as mandatory vaccines.

Yellow fever vaccine: Persons who have visited or stayed more than ten days in Brazil, (Plurinational State of) Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, (Bolivarian Republic of) Venezuela or the African continent before entering El Salvador must be vaccinated against yellow fever at least ten days before the trip and carry the certificate of vaccination with date of inoculation.
