This meeting is aimed at government authorities, whose participation is by invitation.

The event will be attended by representatives of agencies and directions of international cooperation of the 28 Member States of SELA (Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela), representatives of secretariats for integration and regional development banks, regional and subregional bodies, agencies of the United Nations System, as well as experts and academicians in the region.
