Reservations: For reservations, the Camino Real Santa Fe Hotel system provides for a special code associated to the event under the heading: “5to Encuentro VUCE - Encuentro de Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior”. Each guest is responsible for contacting directly the hotel by calling the telephone numbers mentioned above to make a reservation. Likewise, it is very important for hosts to identify themselves as participants of the Fifth Regional Meeting, given that the room is reserved under the negotiated corporate rate.
It should be noted that the Mexican Secretariat of Economy has made reservations under the preferential rate, but on 14 October 2013 was a cut-off date for reserving rooms. After such date, rooms and rates are subject to hotel availability.

- Rates are per room, per night for single or double occupancy, in US dollars, according to the prevailing exchange rate at check-out.
- The rate includes: breakfast buffet in the Bice Bistro restaurant, tips for waitresses/waiters and gratuities for buttons.
- The additional person fee amounts to US$ 45 at the exchange rate of the day, plus Federal taxes, which currently include the 16% VAT tax and the 3% room tax, set on European Plan.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in at the Camino Real Santa Fe Hotel is at 15:00 hours and check-out is at 13:00 hours. Rooms cannot be assigned before the check-in time. However, depending on the availability of rooms, the hotel staff will make every effort to assign rooms before such time if requested by the guest.
Deposit and guarantee policies: Rooms will be reserved by each participant and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Participants must provide the reservations staff of the Santa Fe Camino Real Hotel with the credit card number, the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card and the expiration date.
