MIGRATION INFORMATION FOR ENTERING VENEZUELA

Except for special cases, entry of tourists of almost all nationalities into the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is allowed. Nevertheless, visas are required for some of them. In those cases, SELA could ask the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs for courtesy visas, granted for the participation in official events. This authorized visa is stamped at the Venezuelan Consulates in the countries of origin before travelling.

For security purposes, it is recommended to previously consult information on migration by contacting the Embassies and / or Consulates of Venezuela in the countries of origin or downloading the Web site of the People’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Web del Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores
