This activity consists of presentations and debates aimed at encouraging a political dialogue among the institutional representatives of the countries of the region. The main ideas stemming from those panels will be summarized in the conclusions and recommendations that will be submitted by the Pro Tempore Presidency at the next CELAC Summit.

Participants are expected to contribute to the debates, preferably by sharing relevant experiences underway in their countries and regions, and by making proposals for regional action in Latin America and the Caribbean.
