BACKGROUND

This Workshop is based on the commitment taken on by the Ibero American Community with Haiti at the annual meeting on Ibero-American Cooperation, held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on 28 June 2010. Within the framework of that country’s reconstruction, a proposal had been drawn up to identify and promote initiatives for stimulating the Haitian productive sector.
