The Permanent Secretary submitted the following document to the Latin American Council: “Thirty-Seventh Annual Report of the Permanent Secretariat” (SP/CL/XXXIX.O/DT Nº 3-13), which includes the activities carried out since the XXXVIII Regular Meeting of the Council.
