This meeting is exclusively and by invitation to international cooperation directors for Latin America and the Caribbean, representatives of regional and international organizations, bilateral and multilateral development agencies, and experts and academicians.

The registration of participants will take place on 5 June 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in the reception area of the Porta Hotel Antigua.
