1. Budget

The Permanent Secretary submitted the “Draft Administrative Budget of the Permanent Secretariat for the year 2015” (SP/CL/XL.O/DT Nº 5-14) for consideration of the Latin American Council, along with its corresponding explanatory preamble. The amount and the income and expenditure structure remain at the same levels as those of the budget for the year 2014.

The Permanent Secretary submitted the “Audit Report on the Financial Statements of the Permanent Secretariat at 31 December 2013” (SP/CL/XL.O/DT Nº 6-14) for consideration of the Latin American Council.

2.2 Audit Proposal for the year 2014

The Permanent Secretary submitted the “Audit Proposal for the year 2014” (SP/CL/XL.O/DT Nº 7-14) for consideration of the Latin American Council.
