Date and venue

The event will take place on 15 and 16 July 2015 at the headquarters of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR): Avenida Manuel Córdova Galarza, San Antonio de Pichincha, Quito, Ecuador.

Languages

The official languages will be Spanish and English. There will be simultaneous interpretation.

The official currency of Ecuador is the US DOLLAR (US$).

Transportation

In order to facilitate the transportation of participants from the hotel to the venue for the event, a private shuttle service will be available for them to the headquarters of UNASUR and then back to the hotel. This service will be TOTALLY FREE for participants staying at Hotel Quito, Hotel Mercure or Hotel Best Western.

If you are staying at a different hotel, you are advised to use the transport services offered by the hotel or the public taxi service, as long as it includes the “Taxi Seguro” system, which provides a surveillance system inside the vehicle.
