This activity is aimed at governmental focal points for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Member States of SELA, particularly for the Caribbean region; representatives of business focal points for SMEs, fashion training institutes and technical and vocational schools, fashion associations and independent designers, private sector, representatives of funding institutions and experts in the field.
