The Permanent Secretariat will present the study “Analysis of economic and financial relations between Latin America and the Caribbean and the BRICS,” which will serve as the basis for the exchange of opinions and discussions during the Seminar.

Each speaker may submit documents that will be uploaded to this Web site. Participants may also make additional written contributions to the debates during the Seminar.

The Permanent Secretariat will draft a final report on the Seminar and will compile all written contributions made by speakers and participants, which will be disseminated on SELA’s Web site.
