Venue and date  

The Regional Seminar on economic and financial relations between Latin America and the Caribbean and the BRICS Group will be held on Thursday 8 October 2015 in Caracas, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (SELA, fifth floor, Andrés Bello Conference Room)

Languages

The official languages will be Spanish and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be available.

Transport

Transport shall be borne by the delegations. There are several options for transfers between airport and hotel. Guests are advised to use the local taxi operators that serve the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía and the taxi service offered by the hotels where participants will stay.

Dress code
