The Permanent Secretariat of SELA has undertaken a systematic study on regional integration mechanisms and an assessment of achievements in articulation and convergence in order to recognize the main opportunities and challenges for achieving greater integration. As part of the efforts made by the Permanent Secretariat in this regard, the Forum “Status of the Integration Process in Latin America and the Caribbean” will be held within the framework of the XLI Regular Meeting of the Latin American Council. In this Forum, an analysis will be made of the status of said mechanisms in their efforts to achieve their objectives and establish a Latin American and Caribbean economic space.

The Forum “Status of the Integration Process in Latin America and the Caribbean” will take place on 26 November.
