Venue and date
The “Regional Meeting on regulatory frameworks in subregional integration mechanisms in Latin America and the Caribbean: harmonization and convergence"will be held on Friday 11 December 2015 in Caracas, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (SELA, Av. Francisco de Miranda, Torre Europa, fifth floor, Urb. Campo Alegre. Andrés Bello Conference Room).
Languages
The official languages will be Spanish and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be available.

Transport
Transport shall be borne by the delegations. There are several options for transfers between airport and hotel. Guests are advised to use the local taxi operators that serve the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía and the taxi service offered by the hotels where participants will stay.
Dress code
Participants are suggested to wear formal attire.
