Objective: Present an overview of science, technology and innovation policies in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the results achieved. The document is focused on how international cooperation actions can contribute to the consolidation of some achievements as a result of the promotion of South-South cooperation, the mobilization of resources of public and private actors, as well as the systematization and use of knowledge for the development emerged from international cooperation projects.

Objective: Present the main advances and challenges of the region in the context of digital connectivity, as well as analyze and understand the digital ecosystem, both at the global and regional levels. The purpose is to define public policies that aim to search synergies among the dissemination of new technologies, the investment in connectivity infrastructure and the change in the productive base towards digitization and knowledge-intensive sectors.
