The Permanent Secretariat of SELA presented the study entitled “Current Status and evolution of regulatory frameworks in the field of trade and competition in Latin America and the Caribbean: towards the regulatory convergence.” For its part, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Competition (UNCTAD) presented the study entitled “The treatment of dumping by trade and competition laws.” Both documents served as the basis for exchange of opinions and discussion during the meeting.  

The Permanent Secretariat will prepare a final report on the meeting and compile all written contributions of speakers and participants, which will be published on SELA’s Web page.
