MODULE 4: Protecting more urgent activities

Contents: This module aims to release the methodology for identifying and assessing risks and vulnerabilities that exist during the implementation of activities and use of resources to operate in normal conditions, with the purpose of identifying preventive measures additional to the existing ones, which mitigate risks and help protect the most urgent activities of the company.

MODULE 5: Design and implement response, continuity and recovery strategies

Contents: This module aims to release the strategies that a company must design and implement to ensure reasonably, in case a major event occurs, a fast and orderly response, internal and external effective communications and progressive recovery of resources it needs to continue providing its services, in compliance with its contractual, legal, social and reputational obligations, among others, without affecting its financial viability.

MODULE 7: Conducting testing and exercises related to continuity plans

Contents: This module aims to show the importance of conducting different types of tests and exercises related to business continuity plans, in order to prepare the participating staff for the biggest event and enable them to familiarize themselves and practice sufficiently to respond appropriately.

Contents: This module aims to show how an awareness-raising programme is implemented to keep staff in a state of permanent alert, in addition to developing the skills required for the maintenance of the business continuity programme and response to major events.

Contents: This module aims to show the importance of maintaining, and how to maintain despite the changes suffered by the enterprise, the business continuity programme updated and ready for use when the major events occurs.

MODULE 10: Indicators of the business continuity programme

Contents: This module aims to show the importance of business continuity indicators, which of them must be defined and how often must they be measured, in order to assess the maturity of the business continuity programme over time and create a strategic plan.
