REGIONAL SEMINAR INTRODUCTION TO THE IMPACT EVALUATION OF PUBLIC POLICIES AND PROGRAMMES
August  23 to 25, 2017

FOLLOW-UP, MONITORING AND EVALUATION

In order to accompany students in their work after the course, the EIAPP will monitor and evaluate the activities they have carried out for the implementation of the contents learned from formal or institutionalized activities, such as the submission of a proposal for improvements to authorities of their institution, requests for hearings; and informal or little institutionalized activities, such as meetings among co-workers, delivery of the material of the course to authorities and partners, among other initiatives.

Creativity, base of innovation, must be transversal to any activity of public administrations, showing a curious, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, based on organizational leadership.[1]

The activities of the students will be evaluated, and the authorities who endorsed the applications will be consulted at different times at the end of the course, namely: 1st cut-off: one month after the last activity; 2nd cut-off: 6 months after the last activity of the course; 3rd cut-off: 12 months after the last activity of the course.
