REGIONAL SEMINAR INTRODUCTION TO THE IMPACT EVALUATION OF PUBLIC POLICIES AND PROGRAMMES

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS

  1. Comply with the profile described in the section on PARTICIPANTS OR PROFILE
  2. Candidates who wish to apply and comply with the profile must fill in the “registration form”, which is available on the following Web site: convocatorias
  3. The nominations must be endorsed by an official note signed by the Official Representative or the Alternate Representative of CLAD (please refer to section “Consejo Directivo”), and such note should be submitted before Wednesday 02 August 2017 to the Organizing Committee to the following e-mails: eiapp@clad.org; jgordon@sela.org and droa@sela.org.

3.1   Those officials interested in participating can fill in and send the registration form and start making arrangements to obtain the corresponding official note. Not necessarily must they wait for the endorsing official note to fill in the registration form. 

3.2    The official note (in PDF or image format) from the Official or Alternate Representative to CLAD in the respective country should be sent to CLAD (eiapp@clad.org) and to the officials responsible at the Permanent Secretariat of SELA (jgordon@sela.org and droa@sela.org), indicating the support of the Representative to the nomination of the person interested in participating in the Seminar. 

3.3   For sending the official note, the interested person must communicate himself or herself through the various means available in the section “Consejo Directivo” requesting thereby the note to the Official or Alternate Representative in order to complete the application. 

3.4   Para os candidatos do Brasil, o processo seletivo é feito na Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (Enap) e é necessário enviar curriculum vitae e carta-aval da chefia imediata, com justificativa de participação no curso, para o e-mail internacional@enap.gov.br Após a seleção, o candidato será informado e orientado a fazer o preenchimento do cadastro no site do Clad. A carta-aval para os pré-selecionados será providenciada pela Enap, Representante Alterno do Brasil junto ao CLAD.
