The Permanent Secretariat of SELA will grant 20 full scholarships for participants from Latin America and the Caribbean to be selected according to the best profiles from among the participants nominated by the institutions responsible for public policies and impact evaluation of the Member States of SELA and CLAD. 

The scholarships include: 

• Registration
• Access to CLAD’s virtual classroom
• Round-trip international air ticket in economy class (for non-Mexican participants) from their CAPITAL cities to Mexico City
• Hotel accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the days of the seminar
• Transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa 

They do not include:

• Personal consumptions inside the hotel and other expenses not covered according to these rules
