Venue and date
The IX Latin American and Caribbean Regional Meeting on Foreign Trade Single Windows will be held on 26 and 27 October 2017 in Asunción, Paraguay, at the Granados Park Hotel.
Languages
The official languages will be Spanish and English. There will be simultaneous interpretation.
Hotels
The organizers of the event have booked rooms for the international guests whose travel expenses will be funded. They were already informed about that.
Those participants paying their own expenses must make their reservation directly with the Hotel. For this purpose, please take into account the following information:
1) Indicate that you belong to “SELA Group”, so that you benefit from a preferential rate.
2) Check In: 13:00 Hs. Early Check In: additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate. Subject to availability.
Check Out: 11:00 Hs. Late Check Out: to 19:00 Hs. Additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate. Subject to availability.
