The general objectives of this Seminar are as follows: 

1. Make a survey of the main initiatives for international cooperation and official development assistance being promoted by bilateral and multilateral donors towards Latin America and the Caribbean.
2. Single out the main initiatives for regional cooperation, South-South Cooperation and triangular cooperation being developed in the region.
3. Identify innovative sources of regional and international cooperation.
