This meeting is directed exclusively and by invitation to international cooperation directors for Latin America and the Caribbean, government authorities in charge of intellectual property, representatives of regional and international organizations, bilateral and multilateral development agencies, and experts in the field.

In order to formalize the registration of participants, the registration form shall be sent duly filled in by no later than 13 October 2017.
