Antonio Fanelli Senior Advisor to the Global Relations Secretariat of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), where he works since 2001. He has gathered experience in different areas in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and Albania; in the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade in Rome, Singapore and Beijing. He has conducted assessments of policies for SMEs in countries of the Middle East and North Africa, ASEAN, South and East Europe. He has worked on projects related to the development of the private sector, industrial policies and competitiveness of countries in emerging economies. Antonio Fanelli has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy; and a Master's Degree in International Economics from the University of Sussex (United Kingdom). |

Anna Wiersma Policy analyst at the Division of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Global Relations Secretariat of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), where she works since 2014. Among her areas of competence, she supports the development of OECD relations with its partners in the LAC region through the OECD Regional Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean. She has contributed to the work of the OECD with SMEs in Latin America and the Caribbean, and has carried out a pilot study on the internationalization of SMEs within the framework of the Pacific Alliance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Cultural Affairs with a major in the Latin American Region and the Spanish Language from Valparaiso University and a Master’s Degree in Public Policies and International Relations from the American University of Paris. |

Jorge Galvez Méndez Economist/policy analyst at the Global Relations Secretariat of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He has extensive experience in the development of policies for the private sector and the economic development in the Middle East and North Africa, Latin America, and OECD countries. He has contributed and coordinated publications on SMEs, entrepreneurship and competitiveness. He supports the coordination of activities of the OECD with the MENA region. Before joining the OECD in 2007, he worked on issues of economic development in government agencies in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a major in Economic Development from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Mexico and a Master's Degree in International Business from the Grenoble School of Business in France. |
