In accordance with the Work Programme for the year 2018, approved by the Latin American Council of SELA, this activity aims to train participants in managing and mastering the tools required for the design and impact evaluation of public policies for MSMEs, as well as in implementing the standards that an impact evaluation must meet and identifying the suitable instruments for conducting it. To that end, the Seminar is expected to: i) train the technical staff in the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies for MSMEs; ii) disseminate best practices and experiences in the field; and iii) promote technical cooperation among the focal points for MSMEs.
