This panel will include national authorities responsible for MSMEs in the Member States of SELA, who will present experiences in public policies aimed at promoting and fostering financial inclusion, as well as best practices in the field of regulatory frameworks, use of ICTs, financing promotion and facilitation, guarantees and innovative financing modalities, support for Fintech, among others.

Presentations will focus on the exchange of experiences and knowledge about innovative financial instruments that are available to MSMEs, not only from the perspective of bankization, but also of the potential that is opening up with the use of ICTs, crowfunding, factoring, their advantages and disadvantages, and their strengths and weaknesses. These presentations will open a debate on instruments for financial inclusion, and their usefulness and potential for MSMEs.
