The Permanent Secretariat of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), together with the Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) of Brazil, held the VIII Annual Meeting of the Working Group on Trade and Competition of Latin America and the Caribbean (WGTC), in Brasilia, Brazil, on 10 and 11 October 2018.
