OBJECTIVES

Promote strategic partnerships among SMEs at the regional level, in order to identify commercial advantages and strengths of the countries that will participate as a pilot group at the first stage of this project.
Present a methodology for developing a preliminary mapping of cross-sectoral production niches with which it will be possible to identify potential opportunities for SMEs in each link of the value chain.
