La Paz, August 27 (PL)- Bolivia wants to strengthen trade relations and friendship with China and increase mutual cooperation policies, said the president of the Latin American and Caribbean Federation of Friendship with China, Ximena Barrientos.
Barrientos´ assertions took place after the seminar "Learn to Import from China", organized by the Regional Chamber of Customs Officers of the Bolivian department of Santa Cruz, according to a bulletin from the Bolivian Institute of Foreign Trade.
The chairman of that chamber, Jorge Peinado said that customs officers are interested in knowing the facilities of trade with China, in order to guide customers who bring products from that country.
For his part, the General Consul of China in Santa Cruz, Wang Renming said his country "is open to the world and developing, with characteristics similar to those of the Bolivian people, and goods produced in the country are favorable to Bolivia”.
