SELA, INADEM AND PROMÉXICO START "REGIONAL MEETING ON EXPORT CONSORTIUMS"

Caracas, October 5, 2015.- The Permanent Secretariat of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA), together with the National Institute of Entrepreneurship (INADEM) attached to the Ministry of Economy of Mexico and PROMEXICO, government body responsible for coordinating strategies aimed at strengthening the participation of the Aztec nation in the international economy, started today in Mexico City the "Regional Meeting on Export Consortiums".
During October 5 and 6, 2015, the results obtained by export consortiums from various countries of the Caribbean will be analyzed, and the progress made by consortiums in the Caribbean countries, since 2014, will be presented.
The regional meeting is aimed at government delegations of small and medium enterprises in the Member States of SELA, representatives of business associations of SMEs and subject matter experts, entrepreneurs and public; contributes to strengthening institutional capacity of government and business for the development of joint productive projects such as clusters and productive consortiums.
